Do I really only pay once I'm happy?
Yes. There's no deposit and nothing to pay until you've seen the finished website and told me you're completely happy with it. If it isn't right, you don't pay.
How long will my website take?
Most websites are designed and ready for you to review within about a week. Larger or more involved projects can take a little longer — I'll give you a realistic timeframe after our first conversation.
Do you build booking systems?
Not custom ones. Instead, I connect your website to trusted third-party platforms like Booking.com, so your customers use tools you already know and trust — with no extra monthly software to manage.
What if I want changes after we start?
That's part of the process. We refine the design together until it feels right — the payment only comes once you're completely happy.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. A one-page written agreement covers what's being built and the fixed price. There's no monthly lock-in.
